What We Do
Business Valuations
Matrix provides business valuation reports that align with the Practice Standards of the CBV Institute, encompassing an analysis of financial data, market conditions, and industry trends. We employ recognized valuation methodologies to provide credible and defensible calculations of the fair market value of businesses or ownership interests, ensuring accuracy and reliability in our conclusions.
Litigation Support
Matrix offers independent expert opinions in resolving disputes related to the valuation of privately-held business interests and/or financial instruments which may be resolved in mediation, arbitration or court settings. We provide business valuation, guideline income and loss quantification reports which may be relied upon by decision makers and legal professionals.
Financial Reporting
Matrix provides financial valuation services in the form of purchase price allocations (PPA) and impairment analyses (IA) tailored for both private enterprises and publicly-listed corporations as part of their year-end financial reporting processes.

Our team’s diverse expertise allows us to collaborate with professional firms by offering:
- Contract valuation services to CBV firms and sole practitioners; and
- Financial consulting services (e.g., financial modeling, market research, financial due diligence, temporary contract positions, etc.) to industry clients.
